It depends on the needs of the group. The Branson Convention Center can accommodate events of 10 to 4,000 attendees. The ideal event would be 140 exhibit booths with, a general session for 800 and meals for 800. Please refer to the capacity charts for additional information.

Yes, the Branson Convention Center has a preferred decorator, audio visual provider and an internet services provider. Rigging and electrical are the only services at the center that are exclusive. Yes you may bring in your own service providers. This should be coordinated through your Event Services Manager.

Branson has over 18,500 hotel rooms and over 200 hotels. The Branson Convention and Visitors Bureau can provide a list of the area hotels.

Connected to the Branson Convention Center is the 12-story Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel that features 294 guest rooms, including 41 condo units and an indoor/outdoor pool, and across the street is the 242-room Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing.

Branson Airport is 15 minutes away from the Branson Convention Center.

The Branson Convention Center accommodates groups in all booking windows.
